Aion 2 Cleric Build

Global · PvE (PvP notes below) · last verified 2026-10-13 · community-compiled

This Cleric build summarises community guides for Global and is checked against our damage model. NC publishes no builds, so nothing here is official; badges show where community reports agree or differ. Builds change with patches, so check the date.

The Cleric is the main healer, but Global guides build it as a ranged caster that spends most of a fight hurting the boss. Chain of Torment marks the target and lowers its damage tolerance for the whole party; Condemnation then repeats on crits.

StatsCrit rate to 50%, then crit damage; front/back useful; Smite needs party buffs vs bosses

Cleric stat priority (from our calculator)

Every class shares the same top three on a typical Global sheet: Smite (with party Smite) (+0.95%), Attack Increase (+0.76%), Combat Speed (+0.74%). What changes for the Cleric is below.

QuestionCleric answerNumbers (+1 point)
Crit rate or crit damage? Crit rate wins until the 50% cap Crit rate +0.46% (= 10.7 Attack) · Crit damage +0.36% (= 8.3 Attack)
Front/back damage boost? Works; value scales with how long you hold position (75% uptime assumed) +0.72% per 1%
Smite vs boss resist Bosses resist 30% Smite. Solo with 25% Smite you are below it, so Smite adds nothing; with 10% party Smite every point counts. Solo +0.00% · Party +0.95%

Open the Cleric preset in the calculator Example sheet: ~1,800 attack, 45% crit, 33% crit damage boost, 25% Smite, boss target. Your gear changes the order: enter your own numbers.

Cleric note: Attack also raises your healing, so it carries more weight for a Cleric than the damage numbers alone suggest. Crit rate beats crit damage until 50% thanks to the crit-damage passive, and Earth's Punishment forces crits on Condemnation anyway.

Condemnation needs Chain of Torment on the target; with Earth Punishment it always crits and resets.

Keep manual: All heals and cleanses, Light of Protection, Earth Punishment, Salvation.

PvP notes

  • Salvation, Voice of Doom and Yustiel's Power are the PvP picks
  • Skip Salvation in PvE: it blocks other invincibility effects for 30s
  • Stat focus: HP, status resist, PvP Damage Tolerance

Where guides disagree

  • Damage healer versus pure healer stigma sets (a community wiki lists both).
  • Stat order: Attack first (a community wiki) versus Accuracy and Combat Speed first (another guide).
  • Several skill details come from a single guide; one community guide's macro is taken from Taiwan-client videos.

Global vs Korea notes

  • One community guide reflects the Global client plus late-September Korean/Taiwan patches.
  • Party buff values (Light of Protection, Earth's Punishment) on Global are unconfirmed; Korean tooltip numbers may be higher.

FAQ

Is the Cleric only a healer in Aion 2?

No. Guides build it to deal steady damage through Condemnation and heal when needed.

What is the best Cleric build for dungeons?

Chain of Torment and Condemnation to 16, with Light of Protection, Earth Punishment, Noble Aura and Prayer of Amplification.

What stats does a Cleric need?

Accuracy for content, then Attack (it also scales healing). Our model ranks crit rate above crit damage until the 50% cap.

Chanter or Cleric?

Cleric is the dedicated healer with ranged damage; Chanter is a melee support who buffs party damage but heals less.

Which Cleric stigmas are best for PvP?

Salvation, Voice of Doom and Yustiel's Power.
